These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between the customer (hereinafter the "Customer") and the company Capedoro Charles Gauthier, concerning the sale of products marketed on the website www.capedoro.com (hereinafter the "Site").
1. Company Information
Capedoro is a French brand specializing in the sale of caps. It is operated as a micro-enterprise, registered in France under the SIRET number 538 041 153 00023, and is not subject to VAT in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The company operates internationally.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Capedoro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
3. Products
The caps offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. However, product photos and descriptions are non-contractual. Product offers are valid while stocks last.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€), all charges included. VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery fees are specified before the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase via the Site. Orders are considered final only after confirmation by Capedoro and receipt of full payment. Capedoro reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. The estimated delivery time is provided for information purposes only and is not contractual. Capedoro cannot be held liable for any delivery delays.
7. Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

Returned products must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
8. Warranty
All products sold by Capedoro benefit from the legal warranty of conformity as provided by Articles L. 217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects as provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
Capedoro cannot be held liable for:
- defects resulting from inappropriate or excessive use of the product,
- alteration and normal wear and tear of the product,
- improper maintenance or cleaning of the product,
- intentional or accidental damage.
9. Website Availability
Capedoro strives to ensure the availability of the Site 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or in case of technical failure. Capedoro cannot be held responsible for any temporary unavailability of the Site.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, designs, domain names, trademarks, and products, is the exclusive property of Capedoro. Any reproduction, representation, or use, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting, punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected on the Site is used solely for order management, delivery, and customer relations. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose, delete, and transfer their personal data. 12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution as a priority. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts, unless otherwise required by law.
