  • Home delivery: directly to your doorstep.

Processing and Shipping Time:

Once your order is confirmed, it is generally handed over to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared and shipped starting from the beginning of the following week.

Delivery Times:

In France, delivery typically occurs within 24 to 72 business hours after being picked up by DPD. Our partners also delivers to over 220 countries, with conditions specific to each destination.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed directly in your cart, based on your chosen delivery method and address.

Order Tracking:

Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You will be able to follow the progress of your order at any time using the tracking information provided by DPD and our website.

  • The mentioned timeframes are estimated averages. While we strive to meet them, no compensation can be claimed in case of delay.
  • In the event of a lost, undelivered, or refused parcel, the customer must contact our team through the contact form. Our team will handle the request as soon as possible.

2. Return Policy

We take your satisfaction very seriously. Here is our return procedure should you wish to return or exchange an item:

Claim Period:

Customers have 14 days after delivery to submit a return request.

Return Procedure:

  1. The customer must log into their account and go to the contact page. They should select the subject Customer Service and choose their order to explain the reason for the request.
    If the customer does not have an account, they may include the order reference in their email.
  2. If the request is accepted, the customer will receive a prepaid return label along with an authentication document to include in the parcel.
  3. Upon receipt of the return, a full or partial refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.

Refund Conditions:

  • If the item is defective, shipping costs are covered by the website.
  • In case of withdrawal or exchange initiated by the customer, the refund will be deducted by return shipping costs.
  • The returned item must retain its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
